Foos new album details Dave Grohl has announced details of the new Foo Fighters double album, due to be released in June. In an official message on FooFighters.com Grohl announced, "In Your Honor will be the band's fifth album. Almost exactly a decade from the release of the first Foo Fighters record, it is a double album, as promised. One CD rock, one CD acoustic. And it has a few special surpises on there. From five hours of bedroom demos, to warehouses being built from the ground up, to months of rehearsals, to the construction of an 8,000 square foot classic recording studio, to the recording of 40 songs, to the final track list of 20 songs, it is by far the most ambitious project I have ever had anything to do with in my entire life."

KsE Guitarist "Considering His Future" 01 Apr 2005 Killswitch Engage guitarist and uber producer Adam D has apparently quit seminal Massachusetts metallers Killswitch Engage. The axe man will not be going on stage with the band at the San Diego Sports Arena tonight due to an "accident" he had during the band's show with The Used and My Chemical Romance last night at the Long Beach Arena in Los Angeles, California. Adam apparently split his infamous Daisy Duke-style "short shorts" and had a "boys out of the barracks incident" during the opening song of KsE's set. He then fled the stage with embarrassment and vowed never to return. A spokesperson for the band told Metal Hammer "Adam is now considering his future in the music business." |
